Client wants a sound ring when he has multiple lines ringing at his phone, now deskphone just shows the secont caller at the display but does not ring (when he's talking at line 1)
Is it possible?

do you ever seen phones doing that ? generally you got beep or lights blinking, but having phone ringing while you are already speaking to someone, what is the interest?
Giving a bad call experience with something polluting your call and annoying

i aggree with you its annoying when you talk an extra ring tone is a bad idea but customer cant see very well so he ask for it
