Fanvil X5U - Loosing programmed BLF keys

Hi,

I have two extensions using a Fanvil X5U, but they've lost their programmed BLF buttons twice recently. I have updated their firmware to the latest version 2.12.16.20 from 2.12.15.6
Has this happened to anyone? If yes, did you find a fix please?

Trying to find out. Can you explain the way forward when done either way please?

BLF keys should be programmed from the BLF tab on the user. Management Console -> Users -> (User) -> BLF

If you program them on the phone using either the phone's web interface or the screen on the phone, it is likely that the settings will be overwritten.

BLF must be programmed from the BLF tab on the user. Management Console -> Users -> (User) -> BLF. If you program on phone that will be disappear after few minutes.
