Hello,
I just updated our system to v16 fro 15.5 this morning, and one thing that has partially stopped working is the dial-up query feature of our Fanvil X6 phones.
On version 15.5 with the latest X6 firmware, we could begin typing a contacts name (on the number pad of the phone), and the phone would search and display a list of matching contacts as you typed. This partially works in v16, but appears to only search numbers, not the letters in the contact name, which makes it not nearly as useful for our employees.
Is this something I can turn on in the Fanvil X6 settings or 3CX template, or is it something related to the firmware that just needs to be re-added back or fixed in a later update?
My search through documentation on the Fanvil X6 manual, and in the phone settings hasn't turned up anything.
