Fanvil X6 Hardware v1.1 - official Support

From what I gathered from the forums, only Hardware version 1.2 of the Fanvil X6 is officially supported by 3CX. Is that correct? Will there be support for Hardware v1.1 at a later time?

I just ordered a Fanvil X6 and received v1.1. If there is and will be no support, I will have to get it replaced.

I doubt the v1.1 models will ever be supported. It has been a train wreck since it was released. We returned our v1.1 X6 models for v1.2 models. I suggest you do the same.

I confirm what Chris has said. Have managed to change all 1.1 hardware version to 1.2 by processing RMA with distributor.

We did the same, Fanvil Support authorised it and the UK disti advanced replaced them for us. Version 1.2 are better. They behave the same as the X4
