I'm having two Fanivil x6 units.
After few months of usage one of them started behaving strange.
When the phone is ringing, and you pick up the phone handle it's doesn't answer a call, you have to press the first button below the main screen to answer the call. Same thing hanging up, you hang up and the call is still open, you need to press hang up button below the main screen to end the call. Now one month after the first phone started having problems the other one is behaving the same. It seems to me like a mechanical issue with the hook switch, but the phones are barely used, it impossible they broke so soon.
Does anyone know what is going on with them?
