Fanvil X7C shows "Handset is not onhook"

Hello!

We have now the same problem with our X7C Phones. This happens not on only one phone, this happens on all phones after a few days.

The old threads are both closed, so i made a new one...

The phones using latest 3CX firmware, with latest 3CX V18.
The phones are auto-provisioned with STUN configuration. Nothing special.

Only rebooting the phone helps.

Do you maybe mean X7C?

I think you should report this issue directly to Fanvil. 3CX releases firmware updates when Fanvil sends them to us, but unfortunately we cannot assist with this specific issue - this is out of our scope.

You can disable that message by logging into the phones web page, go to Phone Settings, Features, scroll down to Notification Popups at the bottom of the page, and uncheck "Display Other Popup".
