Hi all,

I have one of these phones which is configured and working with 3CX. This phone has multiple SIP account capabilities.

In addition to using 3CX, am I also able to have another profile on it which could be, as an example,Ring Central, or does the fact that it is provisioned to 3CX mean it is tied to 3CX?

3CX template set only one account on each phone, so you could try to set another account from another provider and see if it's not wiped by 3cx provisioning .
Even if it may work ,this is of course unsupported way for 3CX support

Are you suggesting that 3CX like to take over the entire phone and it is not planned for other providers to be added?

No, I'm not sure if 3cx provisioning can have direct or side effects on other settings even though 3cx provisioning only sets the first account.
Anyway, if your phone is working the way you want it to be, it is a use not supported by 3CX, so if there is any problem, you should fix it yourself.
