Favil X4 display extension and name instead of name

I am testing the Fanvil X4 and after provisioning it the phone displays the user's name on the top instead of the extension. Is there a way to display the user name and extension on the screen?

I checked the web interface and did not find the option. Can you point me in the right direction, where can i find this config?

It's not an option. You either have to manually add it using the name fields or make a custom template.

Unfortunately i have not been able to find this on the web portal for the X4.

Well I wasn't saying in the web portal. In 3CX for the extension you can add the extension number manually to the first or last name fields on the General Tab. For the template you would copy/clone it and add the extension variable to one of the fields.
