Favorites not adding or removing

Hi Anyone else not able to add or remove favorites via the web client?

Microsoft Edge (Version 83.0.478.37 (Official build) (64-bit))
Enterprise 16.05.612 (latest version)
I have clicked on the star to add new people to my Favorites which works, I can then click the star again to remove them, that works. Any existing Favorites, clicking on the star won't remove them. My extension was copied (using the copy button) from another use, I believe that is causing the issue as the Favorites were from the copied extension, I didn't add them.

Any news? I have several users/extensions that can not remove favourites. I can add and remove new people, just not people that were from the copies extension.

Hi Jason,

We will address this in the next release of 3CX. For the time being I would suggest to not copy extensions that already have setup favorites as these will be transferred to the new extensions and will only go away when the original extension unfavorites them.

For now, make dummy extension to be used as a template (so you can set everything else) but don't give it any favorites.

OK, thanks. Will the fix sort out the issue on the already copied extensions, or do we need to ask the original extension to un-favorite everyone to resolve the issue on the copies extension. What I'm asking will your fix solve the issue on the new extensions, already in sue.

Hi Jason,

The fix will prevent this from happening in the future, but for the existing installation you might have to remove the favorites from the originals, as those were already copied.
