FAVORITES option for Bridged Extensions

Hi

Is it possible to add people from a Bridged Group to the FAVORITES Groups section?

It looks like the ☆ option is only available for Extensions on the same 3CX system, correct ?



☆ is missing on Extensions from Bridged sites.

That is correct. You can only favorite extensions that belong to your PBX.

As far as I'm aware it is not planned to be added, probably due to the fact that your PBX has no write access to the remote PBX (it's read only)

Yeah but favorites are local, not remote. It should be possible. It's a basic limitation that is just a bit annoying when you have 4-5 bridges like we do.

Practically anything is possible when there's time to do it

But what i mean is that that favorites are written in your server database, and they need to point to a record that belongs in your local database (ie. an extension that belongs to your PBX).

I would recommend to get someone to add it in the Ideas section in this case.
