Finally got the fax working (fax device not the fax server) and discovered that if the fax line is busy an external fax machine gets a message that the user at xxxxx is busy and that their voicemail is full.
This is not very useful. Is there a way to change this? It would be better if the external fax machine just got a busy signal.
