Solved Fax doesn't work

I setup a trunk to send fax to 88 extension. The problem is that when I call this number I hear the IVR menu which is used by another trunk. Any idea if this is a know bug? I use version 18.0 Update 1 (Build 226).

Are you using the right format for the DID and what provider are you using?

Also, show us a snippet of your Inbound Rule?

I am using Modulus.gr

Yes DID is in correct format: 211800xxxx

Finally I disable "Call Source Identification" in both trunks and everything now works.

If you have 2 trunks from Modulus then yes you would run into call source identification issues. That is why in the Modulus user guide we have this link to explain how to add multiple trunks of the same provider to your PBX without issues. In your case since the DIDs are different for each trunk the configuration you have now is correct.
