Fax Extensions - Outbound Rules - Extension Group Ignored

I have created an outbound rule to block a specific extension group from being able to make non-emergency outbound calls. Even though my fax extensions are not members of this group the rule still catches the fax calls.

I have duplicated the problem on two systems. Anybody else experiencing the same issue?

Seems like a bug in the 3cx fax dialing logic...

Seems only a rule listing fax extensions has effect (first in order to match).
Another problem with fax extensions is you can not specify outgoing caller-id like other normal extensions.
