Fax keeps unregistering

Hello,

I'm using 3CX build 5.0.3790.0 free edition. I'm planning to buy the small business version.

The server log shows the fax unregistering once every 10 minutes:

14:41:26.094 FaxCfg::updateContact [CM504008]: Fax Service: registered as sip:88@3CXPhoneSystem with contact sip:[email protected]:5100;user=phone
14:41:25.625 FaxCfg::updateContact [CM504010]: Fax Service: unregistered contact sip:88:5100;user=phone
14:51:25.832 FaxCfg::updateContact [CM504008]: Fax Service: registered as sip:88@3CXPhoneSystem with contact sip:[email protected]:5100;user=phone
14:51:25.504 FaxCfg::updateContact [CM504010]: Fax Service: unregistered contact sip:88:5100;user=phone
etc....

Is this normal behavior? As far as I know the fax server isn't included in the free edition.

We will check this out. HOwever to resolve it you can just disable the Fax service for now
