A couple of things I think would be helpful with faxes:
1. labels. If you setup an extension as a fax you can't give it a name. If you have multiple faxes it'd be nice to quickly identify them with labels.
2. profile 2. If you're using a grandstream ata like an ht818 or gxw4248 the default profile settings can have issues when the other party doesn't support t.38. I usually adjust the settings of profile 2 to grandstream's recommended fax settings and use that on the faxes. It'd be nice if the templates for those devices automatically had the recommended fax settings set on profile 2, and when you create a fax extension, it set those ports to profile 2 on the device for you.
