Fax Logs

Hi,


Is it possible for us to get the logs of Faxs that has come to a particular number?
Like, we have call logs to check the number of calls. Is there anything that shows the number of faxes that are received?

The only thing I will do if I want to log FAX's is run a PCAP trace from 3CX (or the FXS gateway) and log real time traces, however I guess you want some sort of report over a period of time in which case I am not aware of anything as default that can do this.

If this requirement is of urgency try one of the 3rd party integrator's as they have reporting tools which can often get most things from 3CX: https://www.3cx.com/call-center/crm-integration/

Yes, I wanted a report of sorts to see how many times a call comes to the extension.
I just wanted to know if it was at-all possible.
