fax server not working on v15

hello,

I have a big problem with the v15 version, I have tried to setup fax server but when I try to save config nothing is saved. I have tried uninstall and restore but still did'nt save.

I have checked via Chrome and found there is a URL missing.

Can you please specify the version of the V15 you are on? You can see the build number on the dashboard next to the licence tab.
Also is this a linux or a windows installation?
Are all your services running?
