Fax Server

We have a 3CX hosted PBX where I am trying to configure the Fax Server. Everything is setup according to https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/fax-server/. I can successfully send a fax to the extension 8888 but the converted PDF is never sent as an email. I can send a test mail from the settings in the management console. We have the server set for 3CX SMTP server. Any advice on how to get the faxes emailed?

Probably an email to the fax address bounced and is banned for 7 days.

Try using another email address.

How do you know it's successfully sent if you do not receive the email? Also where are you sending from? And are you using T38 or you have the option " Enable G.711 to T.38 Fallback [BETA]" enabled?
