Is this normal? Customer also complained yesterday that she spent 6 hours trying to get an 87 page fax to go through.

Using a Grandstream HT802 as an ATA.

Any idea what could be happening?

I dunno, it's your environment. How long was it taking before? That would say if it's 'normal'. I can say for sure we would never want a customer faxing an 87 page document though. That's what Fedex is for :)

I'm not sure how long it was taking before as this is a new customer. I agree on the 87 pages thing but the faxes in question were from a lawyers office to a health insurance company so maybe they have to be sent this way. Either way, it shouldn't be taking nearly an hour before it sends or not sending at all, right?

Fax over an ATA is generally at 9600 baud. So yes, an 87 page fax can take that long, especially if its full pages of legal mumbo jump, etc.
