Solved FB Messenger won't change User/Extension

I have my FB setup and in app review, but no matter what I set the Routing to under the trunk, it only delivers to my Extension.

Any thoughts?

Try setting the already received messages to ‘Dealt with’ then test another message from WhatsApp.
