Hi I'm using 3CX free stable version with Grandstream HT-286 ATAs. Does 3CX handle the *xx feature codes (N. America)? or is it advised to enable the handling of call features on the ATAs themselves.

Currently I have the handling of call features locally on the ATA off, and expected the 3CX to handle the processing of the * codes, but I always get a busy tone when trying to invoke the * codes. Anyone experienced this?

I do not beleive that this will work, as 3CX has its own set of star codes that mimic most of the telcos (i.e. *72 for unconditional call forward).

If you need to do something at the PSTN level then you will need to handle to processing of that task with a PSTN device (gateway).
