Hi team @ 3CX this is a feature request,
I have a medical practice that requires the ability to customize the names displayed on the SP (Shared Parking) keys on handsets. At present, there is no option within the 3CX Management Console to rename these keys. While it is technically possible to change the labels via the handset web interface, 3CX automatically reapplies the default button layout during its nightly provisioning, which overrides any manual changes.
3CX support has advised that the only alternative is to configure custom speed dials for call parking and call pickup (https://www.3cx.com/docs/pbx-dial-codes/). However, this solution does not provide shared presence information on the keys. For this particular site, shared presence on the Park buttons is essential, so custom speed dials are not a suitable workaround.
Given the number of medical and multi-room environments where clear labeling of park keys is important, the ability to customize SP key labels within the Management Console while retaining shared presence would be a valuable enhancement.
regards,
