With regions where you have to inform the other party of calls being recorded it would be helpful to have the ability to record calls based on direction (Incoming or Outgoing).
For incoming the pbx can easily notify the customer that calls are being recorded and even give them opt out via the queue.
For outgoing though this fully relies on the customers employee notifing the person that they are calling that call are recorded.
The ability to select the direction of recording would solve this.
Alternatively, if the call recording can be enabled on the queue level and work for extensions that have recordings disabled that would also fix this to enable incoming calls only to be recorded. Right now if you enable recording on the queue it only works if the agents also have it enabled.
