Feature Request: Close(X) = Minimise to tray

Hi, just a simple UX improvement request, Can we have it (perhaps on a check box setting) that closing doesn't end the phone client, and just sends it to system tray, then the only way to shut down the client is right click system tray and press exit (or alt+F4) something like that.

Some of our older staff are constantly closing their phone client down after a call (its always on top and they are done with it after a call so their intuition is to close)

This is already present. When you close the app, the client is sent to the background in the system tray

Ah sorry! so it is (I just tried on my own, should've done that first) these users must have been crashing when they pressed close each time, I saw it happen in front of me, but it appeared like close(x) was doing just that. I asked them to minimise in future thinking it was normal behaviour. .

I will see if they can replicate it for me again and add detail to the PM Thinking about it they are on 24H2.
