Hi All.
As it seems only partners/distributors rather than everyday users can post to the Ideas forum, I'm hoping that someone might notice this and figure it's worth forwarding on to the developers as I really don't understand why it's not there already. Please can we have the ability to edit a scheduled conference call in the Web Client. It's crazy to have to delete and recreate it, then redistribute new dial in details etc, rather than just change the date/time.
As an aside, hopefully someone will be able to answer this. How long do calls exist for once they've been created/scheduled. For example, if i create a call for tomorrow, after how long will it disappear from the system? is it 1 minute after the scheduled time + expected duration (ie 30 mins) or something more usable than that?
Is it possible to create a call for a year or 2 in advance and just use the details daily to avoid having to create multiple calls? eg almost as a permanent conference number?
Thanks in advance for any help.
Greg
