Feature Request: More Granularity in Codec Prioritization

We can change the codec prioritization for internal calls or external calls. I'd like to see external calls broken up a bit. In my deployment scenario, all endpoints have lots of bandwidth, except apps on mobile phones. Yes, they often do have enough, but they are more likely to have diminished capacity than anything fixed (trunk provider, desk phone, web browser, etc.).
