Features removed from Standard Perpetual Licenses

Hi Guys

We have around 20 to 25 3CX Standard Perpetual licenses (4 to 8 channel) running on Ver15.5. But if upgrade to Version 16 as all of them have active maintenance, we will either loose call queues and recording or need to pay nearly double the price for maintenance (for Pro). We don't need pro as there is no added features to current standard version. but we need to know from 3CX, how is this fair for people who already bought perpetual licenses and paid maintenance for several years and then you decide to remove features or ask users to pay you lot more money.

If the license has a valid maintenance, and is a commercial version, the license will be upgrade to Pro

As @Saqqara mentioned, standard perpetual licences that are upgraded to V16 will automatically be converted to PRO so you will not lose any features.

First, please know that prices have changed with the v16 release. You might wanna check that fact again.

Also, on v16, there's a LOT of benefits to be on Pro version compared to Standard. I agree, v15.5 had more feature on Std but I understand the choice they made tweaking the license model a bit.
