Hi

I just want to make sure if the integration to Fidelio is set when customer check in the name of the extension will change according to the date in Fidelio ?

and also is it possible to make a group wake up ? so a wakeup call will sent simultaneously to several rooms via Fidelio to 3cx?

if you have enabled the PMS integration in the pbx according to this manual then yes, doing the check in/out from the PMS will update automatically the user extension in the 3CX. More details about it can be found here.

you can create a Hotel room extension department but not for wake up calls, these must be set individually

As for the group wake up call, it's probably something you should try. When you configure the wake up call on the PMS side for a group, I think the PMS will send individual notifications for each room, so the existing interface should work. You will need to give it a try, but most probably it will work.
