File attachment option

Hi!

Is there any option to attach file in chat on live chat?

There is an option to attach files within chat, but this can only be initiated from the 3cx side, not from the chat box that of person is using to send in the live chat.

@Charles_3CX is it possible to request this as a feature to be worked on please?
