A perfect example of NO ROUTE that I thought would be useful to share.
For example here I made a call and the provider told me 484 - Caller ID must be a verified number.
so that no route you see, is not < No route from Outbound rules. >
It could be the sip server telling you "I was unable to build a route via the provider"
The logs are debug - you need to reduce the verbosity so you get less logs..
