Firewall checker failing

trying to configure new 3cx server firewall is pfsense all ports are opened to the 2nd of my 5 ips (have a different phone system on the 1st of 5 ips
the firewall checker is failing everytime
i have 4 other 3cx servers setup the same way with the exception of the ip usage

reading what you wrote this is not a 3cx problem but PFSENSE network settings.Hope I'm wrong but as you are not in usual settings, not sure lot of 3CX users can help.

I have two 3CX servers behind PFSense, each server with its own IP.

When you say firewall checker if failing - what part

Is there any hardware in front of the PFSense, what may require port forwarding setup.
