Firewall Checker Stuck on Ports 5060 and 5090

Using a MicroTik firewall. All the necessary port forwarding has been done as described on this page: https://www.3cx.com/docs/mikrotik-firewall-configuration/

I left the firewall check running overnight and this is where it got to:

UPDATE: The Windows Defender Firewall was on. After turning it off completely, I was able to successfully run the firewall checker. I don't know how I missed that. I was sure I turned it off during setup.
