We are using GPON G-2425G-A router and done port forwarding, firewall mapping port 5060 to 1025. Calls are working properly but sometimes incoming calls don't connect to 3cx. I checked using netstat command and and 3cx phone system is listening to port 5060. Can anyone help me resolve this issue.
