Firewall Settings?

Hi

What are the firewall settings needed to get the Softphone to work with Out of Office (Direct). I had Port 5060 UDP open which worked with another softphone but not with the 3CX softphone.

Hi All

I got the client to connect - issue with passwords. BUT now when I try and make a call, it gives me the following:

[CM302001]: Authorization system can not identify source of: SipReq: INVITE [email protected]:5060 tid=0f3b8f18976d710b cseq=INVITE [email protected]:5070 / 1 from(wire)

Extension 679 is my external softphone, using DynDNS to connect to the server.

Any suggestions?

You have to set local sip domain in settings-advanced to "seda.dyndns.net"
