I have installed 3CX and I am getting the following error message when I run the firewall tests.
"The STUN server returned an IP which is not accessible from outside error (4)"

As you can see the IP address that it returned is the correct external IP which I setuo with 1:1 NAT so I don't see why it is returning an error. On my firewall I have ports 5060, 9000-9015 open. Am I missing something else. I checked the 3CX admin guide and in particular the Cisco example that was provided. I am using a zywall USG-200 by the way.
The other ports are all showing with "information (9)" should I be worried about that ?
