Hi,
I'm kinda new to all this linux stuff. I also hope I'm in the right cathegory for this. I wanted to finish the firewall test, however it says at the ports: full cone test failed;
I host 3cx on a raspberry pi, with ufw. I allowed all the ports but it still says that error.
Could you help me please?
Thank you :)

The UFW is on the same machine? I would disable and see if you get the same error using your router alone.

Yep, the ufw is setup on the same machine as the 3cx system runs on.
I tried disabling the ufw and got the same thing:
  • resolving 'stun-us.3cx.com'... done
  • resolving 'stun2.3cx.com'... done
  • resolving 'stun3.3cx.com'... done
  • resolving 'sip-alg-detector.3cx.com'... done
  • testing 3CX PhoneSystem 01 SIP Server... failed (How to resolve?)
    • stopping service... done
    • detecting SIP ALG... not detected
    • testing port 5060... full cone test failed (How to resolve?)
    • starting service... done
  • testing 3CX PhoneSystem Media Server...

You are currently running in an unsupported scenario so you should expect problems.

I highly suggest you deploy the Pi from scratch using the 3CX guide, and do not change anything on it or add any other packages.

Then manage the ports via the modem/router/firewall provided by your ISP (not by adding UFW or anything else on the Pi).

Use the disk image that we provide in this guide: https://www.3cx.com/docs/installing-pbx-raspberry-pi/

Thank you for helping me, I figured out that the router was blocking it, but It's working now!
