Firewall UDP Timeout

For the firewall protecting the 3CX PBX, what timeout value do you give your UDP policies? E.g. for ports 5060 and 5090. I think the default UDP protocol timeout is 60 seconds. Do you increase this value to 120 or 180 seconds or longer?
