Firmware for GXP2140 on 3CX website - wrong version

Hi,

3CX shows in red phone unsupported GXP2140. Went to 3CX website - downloaded the image and after upgrading the phone instead of 1.0.9.68 it shows 1.0.9.58 - so the 3CX server still has the red unsupported beside it....

Did the upgrade finish correctly? Do you see the correct firmware version in the phone? Have you tried upgrading the phone through the management console?

Yes and yes. First I went to Grandstream website but they have 1.0.9.69 - which also came up unsupported. Than I flashed with your firmware and the final result was [URL='http://firmware.grandstream.com/Release_GXP2140_1.0.9.63.zip']1.0.9.58.....[/URL]
