firmware support FXS

Dear 3CX,

if i look in the config file of a grandstream ht80x,
i see the firmware url provisioned with it.

[3cxurl]:80/provisioning/zb25bgr7ewgogx/firmware/grandstream

but there is no way to update the firmware of the ht80x

is there a possibility to change the url or implement this in 3cx?

Then why not put the official firmware link in the config file then? For phones you provide the firmware so ok, but not for ATAs.

Could it be that providing those links infers that , you will still be supported, if things go awry (incompatible firmware is loaded), and you then feel the need to submit a support ticket?
