Firmware update to SPA504G

We are preparing an installation to upgrade to V15.5.

Unfortunately we have a quantity of SPA504G telephones. The client does not wish to replace these.

The recommended version is 7.6.1 however the phones just don't seem to want to accept the update.

Any ideas?

Depending on firmware, you may have to go to 5.7.2b first
