Firmware Upgrade

We have an installation which includes Yealink T46G and T26P phones. I downloaded the latest firmware from Yealinks website and uploaded it via Settings - Phone Provisioning - Firmware Upgrade into the existing Yealink directory. When I go to Phones section and select Upgrade Firmware, the only firmware that appears is the version that came pre-installed with the installation of 3CX. How do I get the other versions to show up so I don't have to manually upgrade all of the phones?

You need to confirm that the firmware version that you wish to upgrade to, is supported by 3CX, not all are. The 3Cx PBX may not have been tested on the latest version and that could cause issues if the set is upgraded.

Hi Mark,

It is recommended to upgrade your supported Phones from within the management console and not from the vendor's website Just so to ensure that you are using the tested / supported firmware. The supported firmware for the T46G is 28.71.0.224 and 6.71.0.224 for the T26.
