Hi

I have an inbound DID routed to DR's and then lands on an extension. Extension is configured to ring mobile simultaneously. I have attached the log. The first digit to strip is 9. I have many other DID's with the same configuration. Almost all of them works fine but as identified now I have 2 extensions that dials without stripping the first digit and status remains unanswered and this doesnt happen always as well. Please have a look at the attachment for better understanding and also you can see one of the call made was processed properly.

Thanks in advance.

When an Outbound Call takes place and is unanswered, the Call Log will show the To number as it was dialed by the user, so it appears in the format it was before processed by the Outbound Rule.

However, when the Outbound Call is answered, the Call Log will present the To number in it's post-processed format, meaning digits prepended or stripped by the Outbound Rule will be visible or missing respectively.

Based on the above, the entries you see with 9 in the To number does not mean that it was not stripped. They only appear that way because the call was not answered by the final destination.

thanks for the clarification....
