First system issues - 2N Gate Entry use

Hi

This is my first system that I am evaluating for possible future jobs.

Running on a Raspberry Pi 3b+.

I've a 2N IP Verso gate/door entry panel that calls both it's own Indoor Touch 2.0 (which works correctly) and the 3CX App on my Nokia 8 Android phone (which isn't working correctly).
The phone app shows calls coming in and rings but hangs up on answering and I cannot make a return call to the gate entry panel.

I've setup everything as per the 2N guide.

My log when making calls is this:

If your Nokia 8 is not working correctly, not sure how you can test the 2N IP system.

Do you have another device to test with ?

On the 2N device,

Under Services - Phone - SIP1 (guess you are using this one), does the registration state say 'Registered'

Under Services - Phone - Calls on incoming calls do you have this set to 'Automatic'

We have these devices, and all works.

Do other calls to your Nokia work correctly? If you change the destination to one other than your Nokia (another 3CX App?), does it work correctly.

How do you have the outing call from the door panel set-up, does it dial an extension directly when a code is dialled, or, does it call a ring group? Can the person at the door select the destination, or simply press one button and then be routed to a pre-determined destination?

Have been delayed in doing anything further due to other projects and Chrome not wanting to let me login to the 3CX sites.
I've got another Nokia 8 to test with this afternoon so will at least see if I can call between phones/apps.

The 2N Verso is showing as registered ok under SIP1.
I had local calls set to auto answer but not for SIP1 or 2!

Off to test it all now!

Testing to and from the 2N to my own phone didn't change sadly.
Trying 2nd Nokia 8 now.

Both the Nokia 8 can call each other fine via the 3CX app (albeit with 1 seconds ish delay, not so bad). But neither will take or make a successful call to the 2N panel. So I guess that means I'm missing something there.
Are there any other things to check in the config on or for the 2N Verso?

So I turned off SRTP in the 2N for Receive and Outgoing calls and I can make a 2 way audio calls, but now just have a spinning logo when I attempt video.
The 2N guide says to turn SRTP on.

It seems video is a codec issue with the app not supporting H.264, oh well.
