Solved Flowroute DID registration fails

Hi

We are using/evaluating Flowroute and 3cx PBX. When i create a second trunk and give the Flowroute authentication username and password, 3cx portal errors out saying, it is already in with other DID/Trunk. Can someone suggest how to handle this?

Why are you creating a second truck, normally you associated the DDI numbers with the main sip trunk

After adding the DDI number to the trunk, you create Inbound DDI rule - https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/inbound-did-call-routing/

we like to have multiple DIDs configured in the PBX and each serving a single user.
DID1 or Trunk1 --> incoming calls forward to extension of User1 --> Outbound caller ID set to DID1
DID2 or Trunk2 --> incoming calls forward to extension of User2 --> Outbound caller ID set to DID2

call flow inbound and outbound is fine except for that we cannot add DID2

You cannot have the authentication ID in two trunks. If the authentication IDs are unique you can add the same DID under multiple trunks.
You can also have multiple DIDs with unique inbound rules per trunk. So a single trunk can be configured with multiple DIDs each serving a different user.
