I am evaluating Flowroute and I have a trunk setup using the 3CX template.

It works and I can receive/make calls.

Right now I have 2 DIDs with Flowroute. I used one of them as the "Main Trunk No" when I created the trunk.

Calls to that number will complete as expected. However, calls to my other DID get rejected, unless I add it to the DID list.

The is the invite when the second DID is not added to the trunk.

Code:

If I only had a few DIDs this wouldn't be a big deal, but I have 200+. Most of which don't require inbound routing, but I need to catch any calls to them.

I have a trunk with another provider, and any calls to a DID that is not configuered on the truck, just get routed to the default destination, which is what I was expecting with the Flowroute truck.

Is there a way to fix this?

These are the default settings for Inbound Parameters...

Sounds like a good time to do a thorough evaluation of FlowRoute and see how their support is :)

Just import them from a csv.
And if they are similar, wildcards are allowed... minimum 4 digits.
ie: *480555* would match +14805551212, 4805551213, etc.

So I can use one row in the CSV to create the an entire block of DIDs by using a star?

it is a minimum of 4 digits - atleast when entering manually.
