Solved Flowroute: Inbound Call issues?

Hi everyone,

If this type of post is not allowed, please let me know and delete.

I am checking to see if anyone else is having inbound call issues with Flowroute. I can make outbound calls, but can't receive them. They confirmed the call is not coming into their network, and I am waiting to hear back.

If you check under the admin console > event log section, what error do you see for the inbound calls in question?

Hi there,

Thank you for your reply. Flowroute was able to resolve the issue just a few minutes ago. The issue was on their side.

I can open another thread if needed, but I have noticed a warning error in the event log (Event ID 30051), but I am not sure how to solve the issue. I have reviewed https://www.3cx.com/docs/event-log/.
