3CX v16 was running on a server 2016. I spun up a new Server 2019 and installed fresh copy of v18 and restored our phone system with a backup config. Placed the 3CX server in a DMZ with NO outbound or inbound firewall restrictions (until it is confirmed working).
I cannot get the server to register with Flowroute now and Flowroute does not see the server attempting. I've also ran packet capturing on the server and do not see any attempts for the server to reach out to us-west-or.sip.flowroute.com or us-east-or.sip.flowroute.com for it's registration.
Is there something I am overlooking or missing? Steps to troubleshoot?
