Hi

I have downloaded and succesfully installed 3CX phone system. I have configured 2 extensions and can make internal calls.
I have a SIP trunk with FNB Talk (South Africa) and would like to know how to set it up with 3CX. I have set it up on Asterisk, which is a breaze. I cannot get it to work on 3CX.

Any ideas?

Even if there is not a template for a provider, in most cases, you should be able to use the Generic SIP trunk settings, and get it to work.

What sort of errors are you getting?

If you have set up a SIP trunks previously, then it should be fairly straight forward. The exception might be if your provider is using an unusual authentication scheme.
