Forbidden 403 for international outbound calls

Hi Champs,

I am using v16 successfully. i configured a generic trunk and outbound rule to permit calls to be made from every extension. unfortunately, all calls are going and coming in but international outbound calls are getting 403 Forbidden errors.

Any help?

did you allow them?


click on the country you want to allow and only the one you had to

As has said @aws2p, check if country are allowed but try to unlock only country you'll really call. Because if you allow everything, security become weird in case of hacking.

Also, your provider can block international calls.
