forbidden call on ip phone

hi,

the current 3cx version is 15.5.15502
connected with 4 Yealink IP phone,

1 unit of Yealink phone cant made outgoing call and display "forbidden", and error on 3cx
05/13/2019 12:00:06 PM - [CM503003]: Call(C:22): Call to <sip:[email protected]:5060> has failed; Cause: 487 Request Cancelled/INVITE from 192.168.1.112:5060

Hello @rentalan

How are the phones provisioned to the PBX? Are the phones local or remote? Also are you using the default 3CX templates and supported firmware?
